Individual Therapy
We provide individual therapy to those who feel like they are missing out on the joys of life due to depression, grief, loss, stress, parent-child conflict, transitions, abuse, anxiety/panic attacks, pre-Marital, post-natal, sexuality/intimacy, struggles with anger, health issues, personal growth, self-esteem, separation and divorce adjustments. This services is offered at our Idaho Falls and Rexburg locations.
Youth/Adolescent Counseling
Youth/Adolescent counseling addresses pressures and/or stressors preteen and teens face in social and peer relationships in school or family dynamics. Helping youth to process difficult emotions, develop healthy coping skills and navigate personal relationships. This service is offered at our Idaho Falls and Rexburg locations.
Student Therapy
Adjusting to the changes in environment, stress or challenges of relationships, peers and family; work and school and the feeling of being lost or confused with life direction.
Issues of anxiety, depression, social adjustments, fears and self worth, etc.
Family Therapy
We are devoted to strengthen families in the following areas: family relationship problems, parenting skills, blended families, separation and divorce, transition stress, parent-child conflict, abuse, mental illness, and anger problems. This services is located at our Idaho Falls and Rexburg locations.
Telehealth Services
Telehealth services provides confidential and personal services through electronic technology to meet the individuals needs in the location where they are at. This could include at home, on the road or in travel.
Magellen Healthcare EAP
Magallen Employee Assistant Program provides FIVE FREE INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING SESSIONS for individuals and their families who are employed by the Naval Reactor Facility/ Fluor Marine Propulsion. Those employees are able to receive these free sessions and resources through Magellen.
This resource is available onsite at the Naval Reactor Facility twice a month for employees. Family members or employees may receive counseling services at offsite locations in Idaho Falls and Rexburg.
